RETURNS
How can I return a product?
You can return the products purchased from us, with no penalties and without specifying the reason, within fourteen (14) days from receiving the product.

Here’s what you have to do:
- Make sure that the item is in the same condition you received it in, with all tags still attached.
- Complete the Return Form (the document can be downloaded from shipping confirmation e-mail. For environment protection, we will not sent a printed form) and send it directly online to aer@aerwear.com within two (2) days after receiving the product. 
- Contact a courier at your choice to pick up the package. Please note that you are responsible for the return shipping costs and it has to be paid upfront at your own expense.
- We will send a notification e-mail after receiving the package to inform you about the acceptance or non-acceptance of the return.
Refunds will be issued only for properly returned items. If your return does not meet the conditions listed, we will not be able to issue the refund and the package will be sent back to you.
Also, we reserve the right to refuse returns that are shipped after the 14-day period has expired or items are not in the same condition you received them in.

Can I cancel my order?
Once a order has been placed, being automatically processed, it cannot be canceled. The package can be returned following our Return Policy.
Can I exchange the product with another one?
We will make our best to be able to offer you the exchange option. Please contact us prior to start the return process at aer@aerwear.com.
How can I receive my refund?
After we have received the returned product and checked that it meets all the requirements, you will receive an e-mail that the returned products have been accepted, or, if a decrease in value of the returned product has been detected, you will receive an email informing you of the amount being deducted from the refund. 
Whatever form of payment you used (Credit-Debit Card/Direct Bank Transfer/Pay on delivery), the refund procedure will start within fourteen (14) days from when we were informed of your decision to exercise your right to return the purchased product and once we checked that the return was carried out in compliance with the condition mentioned at the Refund section.
The time period for refunding the amount you paid for purchasing the returned products depends on the form of payment used:
- Purchase by Credit/Debit Card: refund time will depend on the Credit Card company’s policies. 
- Payment by Direct Bank Transfer refunds will be credited to your Credit/Debit Card account. Reimbursement time to the credit card associated with your account depends on the bank that issued the card;
- Payment in Cash on Delivery (for Romania only): the refund is delivered in cash at your door or in your account you have indicated to us, therefore the refund time is dependent on the Courier Policy; normally the credit occurs within fourteen (14) days.

For security reasons, we cannot refund a credit card that is different from the one used for the purchase.

Please note that we will refund only the price paid for the article, except the shipping costs.

You collect your order in our Studio & Shop for free. Bonus: you can also try the product on.
If you choose this service, we will call you as soon as the order is ready and set up a pick up appointment.

Can I follow my order?
Yes, you will receive an email containing your Tracking Number once your package has been shipped. This service is unavailable for same day shipping to Bucharest.

What is my size?
To find the size that interests you please use the Size Guide section. It will help you find the right size conversion and corresponding body measurements.
Can I order a custom sized product?
Unfortunately this option is not available at the moment. Nevertheless, send us an e-mail at aer@aerwear.com prior to placing the order. Please note that custom made products cannot be returned and must be paid in advance.
Can I exchange sizes?
Once you have made the order and we already confirmed it, you cannot change the size of the product. Nevertheless, please contact us and if the chosen new size is in stock, we will do our best to change it.
Please note that custom made products cannot be exchanged.
PAYMENTS
 How can I pay the order?
We accept the following payments:
- Cash on local pick up from our Bucharest Shop
- COD- cash on delivery - The cash payment is available only for deliveries to Romania and is made with the courier company's representative at the time of receipt of the package. Please pay the exact amount of your order confirmed by email; Please note that this type of payment is not available for custom made products; 
- Online payment ( credit card) – via Netopia.ro. Accepted cards: Visa, Visa Electron, MasterCard, Maestro, PayPal. Payment processing is done through the netopia.ro payment processor and is extremely secure for processing payments using 3D Secure and secure connections;
- Bank transfers in our company account- confirmation will be sent via e-mail. All bank charges associated with these transactions are incurred by you. If you choose this payment method, please use these info:

Is it safe to use my credit card?
Payment processing is done through the netopia.ro payment processor and is extremely secure for processing payments using 3D Secure and secure connections. netopia.ro does not store the confidential data of your card, but sends them encrypted on a secure connection to the processor bank so your information is safe. These payments are made on the secured pages of the payment processor and we do not have access to your card data.

Please note that we do not receive, collect, process, register or store any credit card information from our online customers and we have no access to this data.
Do I need to pay something to the Courier?
If you choose the Direct Bank Transfer or Credit Card payment option at checkout, the full amount of your order is calculated and paid online. You won’t need to pay anything to the courier.
If you choose the COD-cash on delivery ( for Romania only) payment option at checkout, the full amount of your order is calculated and you need to pay it directly to the courier upon arrival. Please pay the exact amount of your order confirmed by email.
Do I need to play any other taxes?
Our company is a registered VAT company. For national and European Union deliveries all taxes are included in the final price.

For International delivery outside the European Union - customs duties and other specific taxes might occur. The charges specific to each destination will be calculated and billed separately from the courier company and will be paid by you. We will not refund these taxes in the case of a return. 
Can I receive an invoice?
We will issue an INVOICE for each order received. 
The document can be downloaded from the order confirmation e-mail. For environment protection, we will not sent a printed invoice. Nevertheless, if you want to receive the paper form of the invoice, let us know at aer@aerwear.com before the shipments of the goods.

Please note that: all the invoices are issued on the name of the person submitting the order. Please do not forget to mention the Company name when fulfilling the checkout form (billing details section).
Once the order has been confirmed, there is no way to modify the details you have entered and it is not possible to issue a new invoice.
SHOPPING
Can I change my order?
You can add, remove, change the products in your cart BEFORE placing the order. Unfortunately, being automatically processed, after placing the order it is not possible to modify the details. To return any items please read our Return Policy.
 
Where can I see my order status?
After receiving the order, we will send you an email containing the order details. This e-mail means we're processing your order. 
When the order is ready and shipped, you will receive an e-mail informing you that your order has been sent, together with the tracking number.
You can find all information related to your order in the My Account area.
Can I order custom sized or custom made products?
If you would like to personalise or custom made a product, please send us an e-mail to aer@aerwear.com prior to placing the order.
Can I buy a gift card?
Yes, you can. Contact us using the info from the Contact area and we'll be happy to assist you in choosing what's best for your needs.
Can I receive a discount code?
From time to time we can offer general or specific discount codes.
In order to receive a Discount code that enables you to take advantage of our exclusive promotions, you need to Subscribe to our newsletter.

If you already have a Discount code, enter the code at checkout and click “Apply”. 
If the code doesn’t work please double check the details of the promotion in the newsletter. 
MY ACCOUNT
Why I need an account?
We want to make everything easy for you and having an account gives you access to exclusive areas and services dedicated to you and makes the purchasing process easy.

You can save your details and you won’t have to re-enter them, you can see your order details anytime as well as your order history.
