OVERVIEW
Please note that all purchases on aerwear.com are governed by the following terms of sale including those additional terms and conditions and policies referenced herein and/or available by hyperlink. Please read carefully the Terms of Sale, Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms and policies, please do not use our Site. If you do not agree with these Terms of Sale, please do not buy from our site. Your continued use of the Site following the posting of changes to these terms and policies will be deemed your acceptance of those changes.
All the products on aerwear.com are directly sold by SC Antes Consulting and Business Solutions SRL , registered in Bucharest, Romania, Bd. Marasesti no 33, ap 1, 040251, 4th District, under the no J40/4953/2007, unique registration code: RO 21319917, phone no: 0040752179337.
On aerwear.com, we only offer products marked with the “Aer Wear” trademark. These products are manufactured by us directly and/or at the manufacturer authorised by us.
Nevertheless, we might offer products manufactured by third parties and just personalised by us. If this is the case, we will offer this information on each product description page.
The main characteristics of products, including but not limited at: fabric & colors, are shown on aerwear.com on each product page. Even if we have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of our products that appear at the store, the products offered for sale may not exactly correspond to the real garments in terms of image and colors due to the Internet browser or monitor used.
We do not guarantee that all items on site are already manufactured, so please read carefully the production time shown on each product page.
In the event that an item is unavailable, we reserve the right but are not obligated to contact you shortly after we receive the order to inform you about the status.
When an item you ordered is in stock, it will be dispatched the next working day and you will be informed by e-mail and/or phone and/or sms.
Before you place any order, please choose your correct size by visiting the page “Size chart” available on each product description page. If you do not know your size, please contact us using the info from Contact page.
If you wish to personalise (as example but not limited at: custom sizes, length, messages displayed ) one our products, please send us an e-mail at aer@aerwear.com prior to placing the order. Custom made/ personalised products cannot be returned and must be paid upfront. We reserve the right to refuse the personalisation of the products.
All products sold on aerwear.com come with an identification tag attached. Do not remove the tag from the purchased products if you wish to return it. Read more about it in the Returns section.
ORDERS
Before placing an order and purchase a product, please read carefully the The Sale terms, The Terms of Service as well as the Privacy Policy.
On aerwear.com, to be able to place an order you must create an account (or login to an existing one). It’s easy to create it and will simplify your next shopping experiences. Please note that we do not receive, collect or have access to your password.
Placing an order on aerwear.com is equivalent to an offer to purchase the products in the Terms and Conditions on the site. Also, transmitting the order form is an obligation to pay the price indicated.
Before submitting the order form, please identify and correct possible input errors.
Once you chose the products and your order has been placed, you will receive an email with the details of your order. Please consider this e-mail as a confirmation that we have received your order. Please consider the order accepted when we will inform you the order has been dispatch. Please note that the delivery address can no longer be changed after the order has been confirmed.
You may access your order form anytime from your account.
We will send a confirmation e-mail and dispatch the product based on the payment method you chose, as it follows:
- COD (Cash on delivery - Courier refund) - the order is confirmed after checking your personal data and the order details
- Card payment (online) - the order is confirmed after checking your personal data, the order details and confirmation of payment from our partner netopia-payments.com
- Direct bank payment - the order is confirmed after checking your personal data, the order details and confirmation of the bank payment
If the products displayed on aerwear.com are no longer available at the time of your order, we will inform you of the unavailability as soon as possible. If the order was done and the price has been paid for items that are no longer available, we will refund it.
We reserve the right to refuse any order in the following cases:
- the payment cannot be confirmed,
- the product is not in stock, it is withdrawn or it does not meet our quality standards,
- your personal information is not accepted.
- We also reserve the right to refuse your order for any reason, for its own sake.
If you want to cancel an order, please contact us at aer@aerwear.com. We will do our best to meet your request, but unfortunately we can not guarantee the cancellation of your order once it has been sent to production.
If you would like to cancel the order after it has been sent to production, given that the manufacture of the products has begun, we reserve the right to withhold the amounts paid by you in advance.

PRICES
The prices on aerwear.com are set on RON (Romanian currency). You can change the currency according to your preferences at the time of the payment, when redirected to our partner netopia-payments.com.
We reserve the right to change the prices without any notice. Check the final price of sale before sending the order. The price changing will not affect confirmed orders.
The prices do not include the shipping costs. Please check the shipping costs at the Shipping section. The shipping costs are not refundable.
TAXES
Our company is a registered VAT company. For national and European Union deliveries all taxes are included in the final price.
For International delivery outside the European Union - customs duties and other specific taxes might occur. The charges specific to each destination will be calculated and billed separately from the courier company and will be paid by you. We will not refund these taxes in the case of a return.
PAYMENTS
We accept the following payments:
- Cash on local pick up
- COD- cash on delivery - The cash payment is available only for deliveries to Romania and is made with the courier company's representative at the time of receipt of the package. Please pay the exact amount of your order confirmed by email; we are not responsible for any additional requests made by courier company representatives. Please note that this type of payment is not available for custom made products.
- Online payment ( credit card) – via netopia-payments.com. Accepted cards: Visa, Visa Electron, MasterCard, Maestro, PayPal. Payment processing is done through the netopia-payments processor and is extremely secure for processing payments using 3D Secure and secure connections. Netopia-payments.com does not store the confidential data of your card, but sends them encrypted on a secure connection to the processor bank so your information is safe. These payments are made on the secured pages of the payment processor and we do not have access to your card data.
- Bank transfers in our company account- confirmation will be sent via e-mail. All bank charges associated with these transactions are incurred by you. If you choose this payment method, please use these info:

INVOICES
We will issue an INVOICE for each order received.
The document can be downloaded from the order confirmation e-mail. For environment protection, we will not sent a printed invoice. Nevertheless, if you want to receive the paper form of the invoice, let us know at aer@aerwear.com before the shipments of the goods.
Please note that: all the invoices are issued on the name of the person submitting the order. Please do not forget to mention the Company name when fulfilling the checkout form (billing details section).
Once the order has been confirmed, there is no way to modify the details you have entered and it is not possible to issue a new invoice.
We issue the invoices in RON.

DISCOUNTS
From time to time we can offer general or specific discounts such as, but not limited at: first order discount, newsletter subscription discounts, birthday gift discounts, vip client discounts, seasonal discounts.
Discounts apply strictly to the sale price of the products, the price displayed on the site, does not apply to the shipping fee or other taxes.
Discounts do not cumulate with other promotions
Discounts are not transferable and can not be exchanged for money, they are only valid within the account they were generated.
Products that benefit from discounts can not be changed or replaced with other products.
Most of the discounts are sent by e-mail. You might want to subscribe to our newsletter to be informed about it.
The discount code will be applied at the checkout.
The discounts are limited in time.
We reserve the right not to use discounts or to offer them to selected customers.
We reserve the right to apply discounts only for online or, if the case only for offline orders.
SALES
From time to time we can reduce prices for a period, especially at the end of a season (sales or promotions).
Aer Wear sales represent special conditions for the purchase of products - promotional codes and / or discounts on products, product categories, on the whole order, etc.
Our promotions have specific terms and conditions that are explicitly announced on the site and / or are enrolled in the terms of Service and/or Sale posted on this website.
Please note that:
- Promotions are valid for a limited time
- Promotions only apply to explicitly mentioned product / product categories
- Promotions cannot be cumulated with other promotions (ex: other discounts, etc.)
- The products purchased within the promotions must be full and in advance paid
- Shipping for products ordered under promotions is not included in the price and is fully supported by the customer
- Products ordered under promotions cannot be exchanged or replaced with other products.
We reserve the right to reduce prices only for online or, if the case only for offline orders.
SHIPPINGS
Please note that the number of days for shipping will be calculated from the time the order is completed.
We work mostly with Fan Courier for Bucharest & Romania. You will receive an email containing your Tracking Number once your package has been shipped. You can track and trace your package using this code.
For shipments outside Romania, we work with several delivery companies. You will receive an email containing your Tracking Number once your package has been shipped. You can track and trace your package.
RETURNS
You can return the products purchased from us, with no penalties and without specifying the reason, within fourteen (14) days from receiving the product.
The right to return products shall be deemed correctly exercised once the following conditions have been fully met:
- Complete the Return Form (the document can be downloaded from shipping confirmation e-mail or from here. For environment protection, we will not sent a printed form) and send it directly online to aer@aerwear.com within two (2) days after receiving the product. We will send you an e-mail confirming receipt of the return request.
- the product must not have been used, worn or washed;
- the identification tag must still be attached to the products;
- the returned product must be in their original packaging;
- the product must not be damaged;
- the returned product must be delivered to us within fourteen (14) days of receiving the product.
You are responsible for the return shipping cost and you will have to pay for the return shipping cost upfront and at your own expense. If you opt for exchange the product with an existing product from aerwear.com, you’ll also be responsible for the shipping costs.
After we will receive the returned product, and all the conditions mentioned above are fully met we will send an e-mail, informing you that we accepted the return and that we will proceed to exchange the product and/or refund the paid amount for the product.
We reserve the right to not accept the returned products if the items do not comply with one or more of the conditions mentioned above.
Custom made and personalised items are not eligible for returns.
You will be notified if the returned products cannot be accepted because they do not comply with the conditions indicated above (sent after more than 14 days, the return form was not sent to us, no original package or identification tags removed). In this case, you may choose to have the purchased product redelivered to you at your expense. If you refuse the above delivery, we reserve the right to retain the product and the amount paid for your purchase of the product.
You will also be contacted if your return cannot be accepted because the product was damaged, washed or worn. In this case, you may choose to accept a decrease in the refund, of which you will be informed, due to the decrease in value of the returned product, or to have the purchased product redelivered to you at your expense. If you refuse this delivery, we reserve the right to retain the product and the amount indicated for the decrease in refund, due to the decrease in value of the returned product.
DEFECTS
Customer satisfaction is the most important aspect for us and we are investing all the resources to offer you the best quality products. All Aer Wear products are thoroughly checked before shipping so they meet the most demanding quality. Nevertheless, if you notice any major manufacturing defects, please let us know immediately and return the product. In this situation, you can choose either to replace the product or to refund the value of the product.
Defects of manufacturing refer to defective products (such as unripped sews, ripped fabrics, missing buttons). Will not be consider manufacturing defects: not fitting to size, fabric particularities, length of the product etc.
Any notice of the existence of manufacturing defects after more than 3 days of receipt of the product will not be taken into consideration.
GUARANTEES
The guarantee period is the time limit running from the date of purchase of the product to which the manufacturer assumes responsibility for remedying or replacing the purchased product at his expense if the deficiencies are not attributable to the consumer.
All our products benefit from a 30 day commercial warranty from the date of purchase.
Please note that the warranty is not applicable when:
- the product is damaged as a result of wear;
- the product is damaged due to transport, handling, storage or use under improper conditions;
- the product was repaired and/or modified by a third party, unauthorised by us;
- the product was not proper maintained (cleaning using inappropriate methods or products).
REFUNDS
After we have received the returned product and checked that it meets all the requirements, you will receive an e-mail that the returned products have been accepted, or, if a decrease in value of the returned product has been detected, you will receive an email informing you of the amount being deducted from the refund.
Whatever form of payment you used (Credit-Debit Card/Direct Bank Transfer/Pay on delivery), the refund procedure will start within fourteen (14) days from when we were informed of your decision to exercise your right to return the purchased product and once we checked that the return was carried out in compliance with the condition mentioned at the Refund section.
The time period for refunding the amount you paid for purchasing the returned products depends on the form of payment used:
- Purchase by Credit/Debit Card: The refund will be credited to the account you used when paying the order. Reimbursement time to the credit card associated with your account depends on the bank that issued the card;
- Payment by Direct Bank Transfer refunds will be credited to your Credit/Debit Card account. Reimbursement time to the credit card associated with your account depends on the bank that issued the card;
- Payment in Cash on Delivery (for Romania only): even though you chose to pay the order cash at delivery, we will contact you to provide us with a bank account to send the refund to. Reimbursement time to the credit card associated with your account depends on the bank that issued the card;
For security reasons, we cannot refund a credit card that is different from the one used for the purchase. Exception is COD on delivery as mentioned above.
Please note that we will refund only the price paid for the article, except the shipping costs.

FINAL
The Terms and Conditions of Sale may be amended from time to time due to new laws and regulations or other reasons. The new Terms and Conditions of Sale shall be effective as of the date of publication on aerwear.com
