Hi there, I'm Dana, the creative Chef of this small business, and today it's my turn to share the recipe of the week. 

I like to take my time to cook as it relaxes me so much and I like to eat fresh, home made meals. From time to time, when my schedule becomes hectic but I want to stay in my best shape, I need to improvise, so here's a quick idea for a busy weekday lunch. 

I used some leftovers from the dinner I had the night before. Two minutes to pack it, super yummy and it doesn't even need to be warm up. Actually, it doesn't need anything. Just open the box and enjoy it. 

You can use whatever veggies you want and, if you're not eating meat, tuna will work just fine.
