Please note that not all articles are in stock. This is why it may take up to 7 days for us to create and dispatch your order. The number of days for shipping will be calculated from the time the order is completed.

FOR LOCAL PICK-UP – FREE

You collect your order in our Shop for free. Bonus: you can also try the product on.
If you choose this service, we will call you as soon as the order is ready and set up a pick up appointment.

FOR BUCHAREST:

 EXPRESS SHIPPING: 20 RON 

• For products in stock: dispatch the next working day + 1 day delivery
• For products not available in stock: Production time 5-7 working days + 1 day delivery

FOR ROMANIA:

EXPRESS SHIPPING: 30 RON

• For products in stock: dispatch the next working day + 1-2 working days delivery
• For products not available in stock: Production time 5-7 working days + 1-2 working days delivery

FOR EUROPE:

EXPRESS SHIPPING: 150 RON (~ 30 EUR)

• For products in stock: Dispatch the next working day + 2-3 working days delivery
• For products not available in stock: Production time 5-7 working days + 2-3 working days delivery

FOR REST OF THE WORLD:

 EXPRESS SHIPPING: 250 RON ( ~50 EUR)

We work mostly with Fan Courier for Bucharest & Romania. You will receive an email containing your Tracking Number once your package has been shipped. You can track and trace your package using this code.

For shipments outside Romania, we work with several shipping companies. You will receive an email containing your Tracking Number once your package has been shipped. You can track and trace your package.

RETURNS

You can return the products purchased from us, with no penalties and without specifying the reason, within fourteen (14) days from receiving the product.

Here’s what you have to do:

- Make sure that the item is in the same condition you received it in, with all tags still attached.

- Complete the Return Form (the document can be downloaded from shipping confirmation e-mail). For environment protection, we will not sent a printed form) and send it directly online to aer@aerwear.com within two (2) days after receiving the product.

- Contact a courier at your choice to pick up the package. Please note that you are responsible for the return shipping costs and it has to be paid upfront at your own expense.

- We will send a notification e-mail after receiving the package to inform you about the acceptance or non-acceptance of the return.

- Refunds will be issued only for properly returned item. If your return does not meet the conditions listed here, we will not be able to make a refund and the package will be sent back to you, at your own shipping expenses.

You can also return the product directly at our Store, within 14 days, following the next steps:

We normally process returns within 5 business days of their arrival. You will receive a confirmation email as soon as the refund for your return has been issued.
